"The hotel provides literally nothing. No soap for sink or shower, we feel lucky there was toilet paper in bathroom. Nobody came to make up the room ( we were there 3 nights). We used the rooms online system to request servicing but nothing happened. Would not stay there again - many other options in the neighborhood. "

"The property was PERFECT. Price was very affordable, offered a small continental breakfast, free parking, etc....the only sad part was that I forgot to leave my key and they were really emphatic about returning it, calling, texting, and wanted to charge me 30,000won for the replacement. Seems really really pricy and made me feel a bit sad they would charge so much for a key card. Luckily, I live in Korea and can mail it back to them. "
