I have been charged twice. I advised reception I had already paid. The told me they would reserve the funds from my card but would manually update the charge so it was only local tax. This was a lie, I have been charged in full by both Expedia and the hotel. Expedia are not at fault, the receipt was shown to the hotel. Aside from from that, the pillows are flat and only 1 per person and only 1 towel per person is provided - insufficient for drying hair, hands and bodies. Also bed was hard and uncomfortable - a good night’s sleep is literally their only job and they fail at that. Leonie restaurant next door is great though.
