"I loved the location of the hotel. It was very central and easy to get to the subway station. The room was a bit small for two people with 2 luggages and 2 book bags however the front desk supplied us with luggage racks. Another thing that customers should know is that some of the rooms the bathrooms have tubs which are a bit steep and challenging to get into especially if you are older. I had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel ."

"I would not stay at this property again. The rooms were very small. I had to put one of our 2 large suitcases in the bathroom. The walls were thin so you could hear noise from other rooms and from the bar outside the hotel. We were on the fifth floor. We had a problem with the room being cold and we’re told that the heat is turned off this time of year. The room was not well lit. Lighting was an issue. Housekeeping did a good job except for the coffee service. We stayed five nights and they forgot to leave coffee pods or left us 2 pods/2 cups (1 decaf and 1 regular) per day. There were no amenities and the hotel did not provide any simple “we care about you” extras (e.g. cookies). Not worth the price."
