"The neighborhood where the hotel sits is convenient. There are restaurants, coffee shops, boulangerie, flower shops, frommage, poisson, and poulet places. It’s walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It’s a great neighborhood and safe area. "

"The hotel is modern and well located outside of the Eiffel Tower frenzy — this is a good thing! The tower is a mere 10 minute stroll away and we went many times. On the second day we discovered Rue Cler street which is 1 block from hotel and overflowing with wonderful restaurants, bakeries, produce, etc. The hotel staff were all very warm and welcoming never failing to meet any requests we made. Our 5th floor room was well-sized for two and we loved opening the windows to the fresh air and sounds below. The area was perfect for us as first time visitors to indulge in Eiffel visits and close to several metro stations for points further. If you want a quieter area and hotel offering superb service and accommodations, book your stay at Hotel du Cadran."

"Tiniest most cramped space i’ve ever had to stay in. Worst hotel i’ve ever been to in my life. This hotel being 4 stars is an immense joke. The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is the idea location. Staff is friendly, cleaning is prompt. But its so small you can hear people walking down stairs (they were connected to the wall). The room is so tiny you could barely walk around the bed. I’ve literally seen bigger dorm rooms in college. You also cannot control the temperature. The options were to let the heat run till you’re hot as hell and then have to get up to open the windows which led to a loud and noisy street. I did this over and over again till we were comfortable. The sleep was terrible, I couldn’t get over how bad the room was, the bed was right next to the door and I could see the light from the hallway from how small it was. Biggest joke of a hotel. Do not book this unless you want to be disappointed. No offense to the staff or to the property owners. But these teeny tiny rooms should not exist to rent, they’re nearly unlivable spaces for people with any standards."

"The hotel is what it says it is and their pictures aren't deceiving. Clean, attractive, nice people running it. The breakfast offered hot items, a fruit cocktail, 3 fruit juices along with assortment of bread pastries cold meat and cheeses"
