"Great hotel but the homeless sleeping outside and quality of facade not on par with a five star. The roof is nice but would prefer for hotel guests priority seating. The breakfast and restaurant service was horrible - slow (took one hour to get lunch served) and absentminded. Front of house excellent. Suites are big and very comfortable."
