"Everything was great besides our check in. We got there early and expected to wait until 3pm since there was no early check in. Staff made us wait hours after to get in our room. We could not get a clear answer as to when our room would be ready. Very frustrarting after a 12 houe flight. Also alot of the restuarants inside the hotel we wanted to dine at were closed for private events."
