โHospitality like no other! Thoughtful and caring service to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. During check in, I was told what I could find within walking distance (food options, medical, gas, atm etc) along with complimentary items on the facility. I truly felt welcomed and appreciated. โ
โHome away from home is how I describe it. Beautiful traditional interior. Room was clean and not musty and quiet. Had a desk and chair which are not guaranteed for inns. Towels were scented. Snacks, coffee and tea available all day. And close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.โ
โIts not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk)
Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this...
โWe stayed at the Regent Star overnight for a layover and we had a very pleasant experience. The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but we had a good night of rest. Weโd definitely stay here again!โ

โWe would highly recommend if you are needing to stay near the airport. Have a free shuttle. They have two restaurants upstairs. That smell amazing and they have clean, affordable rooms and everyone there is super niceโ
โI love everything! I wish if I was staying longer. I really don't want to go home. The food was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than many hotels I have stayed at. The internet was excellent, I got to actually do my work. Because it's a residential area, I used the transportation app to call the TT version of Uber. Very convenient. I will be back and with friends!โ
