"I can say there was nothing bad except there is no continental breakfast . You can get some coffee but that's it. it was very clean close shopping and a couple of good restaurants the only. Forgot to get pic of bed but was nice"

"Staff was not very welcoming upon arrival we seemed to be bothering him. Room was nice a clean. Husband said coffee was terrible. The bed was very comfortable. Over all it was a good stay minus the rudeness of the guy that checked us in."

"This was an affordable option in the middle of downtown GR. We came for a graduation. It’s walkable from Van Andel arena and the bar scene. Was pretty impressed with the atmosphere and cleanliness of rooms."

"This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay."
