Millwood, New York hotel rooms at the Best Western

"The hotel was nice a little "tired". The pool was dirty and full of hair😬 the bar was Way understaffed and the waiters were making their own drinks ( not very well) while trying to wait on way too many tables"

"Good hotel and good value for the area. Just wish they had air suction units in the bathroom. Gets so humid in there. Hotels treat smoking like its the plague so they bolt windows and don't have air units in bathrooms anymore lol RELAX! WE STILL NEED FRESH AIR AND DRY BATHROOMS"

"We supposedly got a renovated room but the paint job was horrible. The door was old. Hallway had a smell. The bathroom floor baseboards were not new, chipped and looked horrible. Staff that we saw in hallway just walked by without acknowledging us or the question I asked. From the check in to the elevator to get to rooms you have 2 sets of above 4 steps. Hard to navigate with luggage. "

"The price is right but I won't be back. The place needs some serious updating. Windows don't open, in our room AC didn't work, TV software is decades old, hot water was barely warm, lamp switches so old they were barely serviceable. "
