"I couldn’t get into my room at first and then I went down to the front desk, the person at the desk told me the door sticks so I have to wiggle the handle to even get it open. I had a question so I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the desk again to ask the question "

"Not a real kitchenette. Microwave the size of a toaster. Refrigerator can hold few small bottles or cans. Couldn't find a safe as listed. Few broken items, like flap on P-tac unit (ac) drawer in kitchenette, toilet paper holder, loose towel holders. Room seemed clean upon arrival, but definitely needed a good cleaning under beads . Swiming pool liner was kind of slimy and water smelled more like sewage. Buffet breakfast was ok. Guests, questionable specimens. Staff, friendly. Hotel must be made with cardboard and aluminum. You can hear people walking and talking. Doors closing so loud you fell like some kind of testing site for military. Overall, ok, and only ok. "

"The staff were very friendly. Grandson enjoyed the pool however definite signs of wear and tear. Hot tub was lukewarm. Buffet breakfast was mediocre."

The receptionist was very rude to me; she made me feel very uncomfortable because English is not my primary language, and she seemed to assume that I didn't understand her. We needed one more night, but we decided it would be better to leave that hotel. I do not recommend it. "
