This location was just overall worn/dirty/overlooked. The pool area had fake nails and plastic cups by the hot tub, the ice maker on the 4th floor is still broken (it was the last time we stayed there as well), the counters were dirty at breakfast, food was hard and over cooked, trashcan liners were not even placed in our trashcans, and the cable didn't work in our room. The gentleman the checked me in was very pleasant.

The staff were absolutely amazing! It is very clean and overall well maintained. My only complaint is that the hot tub was barely warm. I don’t regret staying here, it was an amazing experience, but I’m not sure I would come again knowing the hot tub is disappointing.

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Safe, and Comfortable! I had a great experience at this hotel. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel at ease. I also appreciated how safe and secure everything felt throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and updated, with modern touches that added comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve slept in while traveling. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable stay!

batrhroom not clean /awesome front desk staff

One of the 2 rooms reserved for our stay had bugs in the bathroom. It was immediately report to the Omar at the check in desk who promptly reassigned the room. The other room reserved for our stay was very nice and it was clean.
