The property able to provide shuttle service from Okayama station and from the nearest JR station. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There’s a small restaurant in the hotel, so even u didn’t have dinner booking, there will be place for you to eat. The room is big and in good condition.

Could use some renovations

Overall not a bad stay, i got the open air bath room. Certain fixtures in the room were very worn and could use repairing. The bath on the patio was the highlight but it had a large leak from below causing the water to drain out faster than it could fill it. Breakfast was great and they had tatami tables. Overall not bad for the money but could be better

It's a traditional Japanese house with different rooms available to be chosen. The room is equipped with a lot of items including pajamas, bathing suits, different types of towels, different types of snacks and drinks available for free, and even hair curler. The bathroom has a wooden bathtub which is very nice and offers the experience of a private onsen. The bed is extremely comfortable. The only downside seems to be the windows. They use the traditional Japanese divider to block the sunlight without any curtain. So I was awakened by the sunrise at 5:30am or so every morning.

ベストスリーに入る良さでした！！ まずスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしく着いてから帰るまで気持ち良かったです！！ とくに「ピューさん」「カウンさん」と言う外国人のスタッフさんが心配りから全て素晴らしかったです！！ありがとうございます！！！ お部屋も綺麗でお食事の間にお布団ひいてくれてました！ お食事は夜懐石、朝ビュッフェどちらも美味しかったです！懐石は食べきれないぐらいいっぱいで夜も朝も大満足です！ 温泉がすごくよくて、着いてすぐ、夜ご飯のあと、朝風呂と3回入りました！ 園庭露天風呂が最高でした！ 迷われてる方はぜひ行くことおすすめします！！ 本当にありがとうございました！ また絶対行きます！

母親も大変満足し家族揃って満点といいたいところでですが、99点にさせて頂きます。唯一の1点マイナスは、娘が朝から巻き髪をしたいのですが、持参したドライヤーを使用したくても洗面台にはコンセントの差し込み口がなく、またドレッサーを使用してと思ってもドレッサー周囲にコンセントは無く、鏡を見ての準備ができませんでした。洗面所もドレッサー付近でのコンセントは女性にとっても必要不可欠だと思います。この点については改善しておただきたいと思います。それ以外は最高です。また必ず来たいホテルです。全ての動線もお風呂も食事もイベントもあって大大大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

部屋の飲み物は全て無料。お風呂も大浴場、露天風呂全て入りました。よかったです。 お部屋も離れでとても静かでゆっくりくつろげました。お食事も大変美味しく、私には量が多くて全て食べきれなくて申し訳なかったです。また、絶対次も来たいと思うホテルでした。
