"A beautiful, modern gem in Kyoto! The design is a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary, and the rooms are impressively spacious and clean. I loved the relaxing public bath and the guest lounge—the free snacks and drinks are such a thoughtful touch. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from Gojo Station"

"The hotel had a nice vibe from the second we walked in. Awesome bakery in the lobby with a wide assortment of options. The roof top lounge also had a cool atmosphere. Heaters for cooler weather. Bar and food options. The rooms were clean and spacious compared to other places I have stayed in Japan. The location was perfect. Easy walk to temples, the Gion district, and to the vibrant Pontocho area. 0.8-1.4 mile walks. The hotel is also on a main road so grabbing Uber or taxis was easy. We will definitely stay here again!!"

"This hotel was excellent in terms of value. Across the street from Kyoto station, clean and helpful staff who were able to navigate conversations in English. :) I also liked that we could securely store our luggage before/after we checked out, and there was a large space to work and have coffee/water with lots of light. The buffet breakfast was hands down the best I have ever had a hotel. So many different options to choose from, warm foods were served at the perfect temperature and despite a high volume of visitors it was still well organized and clean. Highly recommend this hotel and would certainly go back if I ever have the option!"
