"The additional fees on the to go food was ridiculous. I had to order from a kiosk and they added a fee for a to go order plus a tip. Wait staff wasn’t allowed to take the order. The nightly resort fee was also dumb, just add it in to the rate."

Then were told the shuttle would take up to the casino and bring us back for free but after waiting 45 min on shuttle that never showed up we just drovw ourself. The ice machine on every flood was broken.We could only get 2 channels on the television the whole time we were there. "

"⭐️ 1-Star Review: Horseshoe Hotel – Absolutely Unacceptable Experience I booked a non‑smoking room through Expedia for me and my wife. Pretty simple request, right? Apparently not for the Horseshoe. When we arrived, the front desk casually informed us that all they had left were smoking rooms. The entire floor reeked of smoke so badly it hit us the second the elevator opened. When I told them we reserved a non‑smoking room, they basically shrugged and said it didn’t matter. Their exact explanation? If we had “read the fine print,” we would’ve known that if you don’t check in by a certain time, your reservation becomes first come, first served. So what’s the point of making a reservation at all if the hotel refuses to honor it? Instead of fixing the problem, apologizing, or offering any kind of solution, they acted like it was our fault for expecting them to provide the room type we actually booked. The customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly insulting. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t. There are plenty of hotels that understand what a reservation is and don’t treat guests like an inconvenience. Also we found a black and mild tip on the floor in the room we reserved."
