"This was our second time staying at Locanda Gulfi and we enjoyed our visit thoroughly. We included a wine tasting and ate dinner at the hotel so it was almost 24 hours of relaxation and enjoyment where we did not leave the vineyard grounds at all. The pool is gorgeous and the staff are warm and courteous. Highly recommend during a month when you are able to enjoy the pool!"

Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. "The country resort is lovely and peaceful. It is very convenient to villa Romana del Casale, which is spectacular and not to be missed. Unfortunately the weather was rainy during our stay so we could not take full advantage of what the resort had to offer (the pool etc). It was very convenient to have the option of a relaxing dinner at the resort. The dinner was abundant, with traditional dishes and local products. "
