The pool is well situated, clean and warm in the evening. The breakfast is a fantastic spread of traditional and contemporary foods (their daily cake is to die for!). “Ficamos em um dos estúdios com cozinha e foi uma experiência muito boa. Piscina com temperatura agradável e staff muito simpático. Localização foi excelente. Próximo da VILA do Gerês, com acesso a restaurantes, mercado, farmácia e etc. Assim como central para as melhores cascatas. Fomos à Cascata do Rio Arado, Portela do Homem, Tahiti, Pincães e outras localidades como Lobios, Fafiao e etc. Voltarei com certeza!”

“Gostaria de realçar o positivo e a boa impressao que ficou do empreendimento. O staff super simpático e atencioso, mesmo com o nervosismo mal escondido. Nota menos positiva só mesmo o tempo no check-in, demorado a meu ver (com reserva efetuada), e o numero reduzido de espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina, o que levou a alguns clientes terem de ficar na relva (solução menos ma), nas cadeiras das mesas de bar (retirando-as dessas mesmas mesas) ou no chao duro (bastante desconfortável)....

“Great location. Elevator was not working more than it was working. Asked if I could give them my stamped postcards so the postcards could be put in with the regular hotel mail and was told, “not possible, we don’t do that” - and I am fluent in Portuguese. Have been to many countries and this was the first time I was told my stamped postcards couldn’t be included with normal hotel mail.”
