Nice hotel with helpful staff. Great location. A little worn out: the carpet is getting little bit spotted, a sink was not draining. But the shower and the tub were great. The room with two qeen beds was small. But clean! Very clean and comfortable beds. One night stay. Two friends.

We fly into Minneapolis frequently and have stayed at lots of other hotels but finally found one that fits all our needs. Very close proximity to places we go & family we see. Has a pool & hot tub for relaxing and the breakfast is unbelievable. We also like that there's a bar in the lobby for a night cap.

There were boxelder bugs in both of our rooms. The wifi didnt work. The breakfast was very selected. The pool and hot tub were being used and when the people I came with asked if they could go in the hot tub the other people said no. I spoke with the front desk letting them know about the bugs and all that was said was sorry not even try to give a discount or make it right. Overnight staff was very nice.

Angela at the front desk was incredibly helpful when my dad thought he may have left his pill box behind. All of the front desk agents were really helpful and kind, but Angela went above and beyond. I didn't get her name, but the woman who helped us on Sunday morning was also extremely kind and helpful. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again, if breakfast was included. The other Holiday Inn nearby included breakfast with the stay which was really helpful. If breakfast doesn't matter to you, though, pick this one instead- the staff really was awesome all-around!

Beds are comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. Property is showing wear and tear in the common areas, elevators, inside the room. Pervasive smell of pot out front, blowing through the lobby, on some guests in the elevator. On multiple days, not a one-off. Terrible coffee in room and in cafe. Wouldn’t stay here again unless it were significantly cheaper. Windows in room don't open so no way to dissipate constant musty smell. Meh.

The property and room were immaculate and despite the terrible heat, the hotel stayed super cool! Staff was not the most helpful or welcoming but the stay overall was lovely. Breakfast is not included which is fine. It's well located and affordable!
