I sent my management team to a meeting at the Minneapolis Convention Center. They loved that the hotel was accessible through the tube system. They loved their rooms and the friendly staff. I will always use the Hyatt when I am in town.

The Park Suite was well appointed and quiet on the 5th floor with a treetop view. With a powder room and full bath, living room and small bar area, it made an excellent retreat for work and socializing. Huge hotel gym and a basketball court! Pool was adequate. Lovely stay, would choose this Hyatt again!

The staff was amazing, very accommodating. They let me check in early. The room was very clean only suggest some minor dusting on the dressers but other than that everything was great! Hotel is located in a great area surrounded by everything.

The hotel is a little bit out dated. If you want to ship packages, they charge handling per package. So, it could be very expensive . Other hotels do not charge. Just keep in your mind. Check your bills because they charge bottle waters automatically . I did not use it and it was a surprise charges. Staffs are helpful.

Stayed for a volleyball tournament and best hotel yet. Food on site, large gathering spaces for teams to meet, friendly staff, CLEAN, and connected to convention center. Highly recommend location is close to downtown and we will be back in the future.

Hotel was good. Lobby was clean and beautiful, staff were friendly. Our room was very large, but the sofa bed was incredibly worn and uncomfortable for our son to attempt to sleep on. Room was clean, though it does show some wear/age in places and some spots seem to have been missed during the checkout cleaning process. Pool was small but nice and warm. Gym area was fantastic. We would stay again and the location was really convenient for our needs.

This is my second time staying at the Hyatt Regency Nicolett Mall in Minneapolis. The front desk (Fatima) was wonderful. She helped me solve the parking issue, introduced me to Hyatt rewards at the hotel, explained the breakfast package better (which had not been explained at my prior visit) and made the experience great overall. The service at the restaurant was okay. Dinner service was not great as there were waiters standing around before we got served. The buffet was great and breakfast service was much better. The service at the market was excellent. Room service was not great. There were few supplies in the bathroom (toilet tissue, towels) for three people in the room. I left multiple messages Saturday night and no one ever responded. The first time was better. This time was mediocre. But since it is close to my son's college and we will likely be traveling back to Minneapolis soon, I'd stay here again.
