"I would have given 5 stars but the air conditioning was not working in our room and the room temperature was 76° when we walked in and it was 97° outside. We immediately called the front desk and they said they would send someone right up. 2 hours later no one had shown despite calling 2 more times. ..."

"Staff is very helpful and respectful. Facility is clean, but super busy. The chorine concentration in the pool was definitely super high to easily cause chest tightness after 15 minutes in the pool area, not even swimming. The arcade area is very nice."
