"The hotel is fantastic, but look at the hotel website for clarification on the room spec. Hotels.com stated the room came with private pool but it didn’t. The great service at the hotel ensured we had a great time. It’s a fantastic peaceful hotel but be mindful of the star rating as some facilities don’t meet the mark I.e

"This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. "
