"Our room at Ibis Styles Madrid airport Valdebebas was quite spacious with a good size bathroom. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The buffet breakfast has a good variety of choices with gourmet coffee. There are several restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and other stores within walking distance. The shuttle bus did work and was on schedule on the way out, you have to get a ticket 45 minutes before departure time to secure a seat on the bus. Overall, the hotel is clean and inviting. There is a pool on the 6th floor but I did not get a chance to use it. I would have liked a mini fridge, but the room did not have one. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay near Madrid airport."

"The hotel is modern, clean, and spacious. It is located about 20 min drive from downtown Madrid, or about 45 min by public transportation (which is great by the way). I personallly don't like to stay in a crowded place full of turists (specailly this time of the year), so this hotel is an excellent alternative to the downtown hotels that would cost 2 3x more for the same quality and space. I will come back to Ibis Las Tablas next time!"

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was uncomfortably warm. Overall, the breakfast was a positive experience, but the AC issue affected the comfort of the stay. I hope the hotel addresses this problem for future guests."
