"The hotel itself is excellent, spacious rooms, clean and the reception staff is great. Very accommodating and professional. My problem was with the restaurant staff. After confusion over breakfast hours I ordered from what they had available. The staff really didn't want to serve anyone after 11am. Someone brought me the wrong thing (tostada con tomate y jamón), what I got was sliced bread with assemble yourself tomato puree and no ham. Another table got annoyed that they were paying no attention to them either. I just walked to the register and gave them back what they brought me and just paid for my coffee. I told the server that it was obvious that we were disturbing them and just wanted to leave. No apologies or even a, my bad, from them. Hotel and staff excellent! Restaurant no so much. I would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat but do yourself a favor and didn't eat at their restaurant "
