"Location, location, location it is right there at the Chamartin station, nice spacious rooms. The breakfast bar is not included and was 12€ at check-in or 15€ at the restaurant which at first sounds like a scam since Expedia advertises the property as “Breakfast Available” which I confused with included."

"Nice city hotel… good rooms, quiet, clean and tidy and fairly good size. Staff mostly friendly, a couple of less helpful or less friendly experiences - particularly the inside bar area. Outdoor pool very cold and a massive fight for sunloungers each day if it’s sunny… nowhere near enough for the number of guests. Breakfast is pleasant though not a huge range. Eggs cooked to order were good though a queue forms at busier times. Coffee is from a machine and average. For the rest of the day there is only a limited food range from the bar, though what they have is quite nice. No restaurant beyond that. Location wise, easy to get to by train from the airport. Not a huge amount near it, and longer than you’d realise from the map getting into the centre of the city and popular tourist spots. Nonetheless, we did enjoy our stay and would consider going again for the right price."

"This is an apartment, not necessarily a hotel. There is nothing bad about that at all. But, do not expect hotel-like customer service, restaurants, or other amenities. It is a very good price for what I received. I was there for one night before flying out of MAD after walking the Camino de Santiago. There are not any restaurants on site or even within a few blocks. I found a great small hamburger joint called Pink’s about 1/2 mile (a little under 1 km) away. There were other restaurants around but, not close. This did not matter to me because walking was not an issue for me after walking over 250km on the Camino."

"We stayed in a budget room which was excellent value. Wonderful air con, huge comfy bed, huge room . Warm welcome by staff. Location was far out of the centre, but 1 minute walk from the Metro station and 1 stop from the main train station. The immediate area lacks charm apart from a pretty park ."
