Outstanding customer service

The hotel is extremely nice, as it appears from the photo but for me the service was just incredible. Everyone in the team is incredibly nice and well trained - we felt very special throughout our stay. Gracias Pilar and team - I can’t wait to be back

Amazingly beautiful hotel with the best staff and service. The suite has a breathtaking view, breakfast is good and staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is top notch!

Hotel romántico y coqueto

Todo fenomenal. Muy amables, el hotel, que es un palacete del s. XIX, es una monada, bien conservado y con apropiada decoración. La habitación que nos tocó era pequeña, pero la cama y almohadas muy cómodas!!! Hotel ideal para una o dos noches!!!

El trato del personal muy bueno. El desayuno que escogimos junto a la estancia bastante abundante y de calidad. Estuvimos cenando en el restaurante Koma y también delicioso. Pero en contra, la habitación no nos convenció demasiado. Sinceramente creo debería estar algo más cuidado, sobre todo la zona de la ducha y baño

El baño era lo más incómodo, en la zona del lavabo sólo entra 1 persona y si vas con pareja, uno se tiene que esperar a que acabe el otro, era muy estrecho

Muy recomendable, pero con aspectos a mejorar

Las personas que prestan servicio en el hotel son súper atentas y agradables. Las zonas comunes están muy cuidadas y pensadas con mimo para la armonía y descanso. Por contra, para el precio que se paga, la cama de la habitación es pequeña (nos alojamos en una superior), pero el mayor defecto, por supuesto, el baño... se sale agua de la ducha que acaba mojando el suelo de la habitación, además del ruido que hace hasta la propia taza del wc cuando te sientas porque se mueve, el exterior al ser de contrachapado, se está pudriendo por la humedad... La insonorización no es muy buena, lo salva que el público que se aloja es respetuoso, pero se oye hasta el timbre de la puerta desde la habitación, la cosa buena que tiene, es que te despierta el cantar de los pájaros por la mañana, que es muy agradable. Son deficiencias importantes dado el precio de la estancia, no esperas algo así cuando una noche supera los 150€. El desayuno correcto, te sirven en mesa, todo casero y lo mejor: el restaurante: la comida de 10 y el ambiente muy acogedor, para repetir en éste aspecto.

Escapada romántica

Todo muy correcto, desde Madrid, ideal para una escapada de una noche. Resaltar sobre todo la atención del personal, realmente atentos, amables y dispuestos. El spa no es más que un jacuzzi y una sauna, pero vamos, no es la razón por la que acudir. A 5 minutos de Fuadarrama en coche. Muy recomendable para pasar u. Día con tu pareja y desconectar.

I love all girls at the hotel because of they are so kind and cute , smiles everywhere and loves to introduce the hotel , the room was so clean and cute , I wish I were booked the room with a tub !
