The breakfast is amazing and Public Bath is first rate. Check menu on tv for how busy it is before venturing down. Great access to Misawa Main street and Ciy Hall bus stop. Bus to Misawa train station is only in the morning so check the schedule. There is also a shuttle to the regional airport so check that shuttle schedule too.

Great hotel in walking distance of Misawa Air Base and local restaurants. The on location spa/public bath is a nice additon. The beds are very firm so that could be uncomfortable for some. There is ample parting but it tends to fill up fast on the weekends. Overall it was a great expreience and I would stay here again in the future.
