Clean room. Staff service is great especially with the check in (name shown was Adam and not my name) it took awhile checking my reservation due to error in the name. Staff are very helpful.

Welcoming staff and great haunted hotel. Did find an old straight razor on the window sill....otherwise good. Large rooms
