Staff friendly. Room and common areas clean. Breakfast - the usual same/same but no hot food like eggs, oatmeal, bacon, etc. However, the heater made a lot of weird noises that made sleep erratic.

The Wren
The room was very clean, loved the dog treats and bowl! The staff was attentive and helpful, check-in was a breeze. Great location, we were visiting for a show at the Wilma, which is only a couple blocks away, so getting back and forth was easy.

The staff did not know how to do a lot of things such as take our payment for extending our stay which was booked online and details sent to them.
