Then this other customer said are you looking for the office I stated yes and he said it’s way over there in the other building there was no sign posted to send me there if not for the other customer I’d still be looking, went to the other building got my key went back to my room it was clean but the TV did not work, I called the front desk...

“Finding the check in office was terrible. The woman checking me in was rude. There were fees that were not covered in the booking process. The room was out of the village across the road from the main stay area, pool and club house. The couch was peeling. The shower drain was broken in half. Pool area for the children was nice but there teenage children running arou d about plowing them down. We were there several hours and no staff came thru not even once. I understand there is no life guard on...

“I travel for work so I have stayed in some pretty questionable places however this was by far the worst. I slept with a chair in front of the door and also went and bought shower shoes to wear in the shower. This is also the only time I have ever left a review for a place. This place needs a lot of work. It has potential however at this time I would never recommend this place for anyone.”
