The beds were comfortable. The bath mat was folded neatly on the side of the tub, but when I picked it up, it was wet through. We needed 3 beds and the pull out couch was quite dated and did not look very pleasing, not a mattress pad on the mattress either.

The location was great, staff and room were welcoming. The room was clean. I knocked it down one star because the bath/shower turned off at the point of hot/cold mix for water temperature. The hot was too hot, cold too cold, and no way to get to in between. That needs addressing. We were here for an overnight stop but we won’t be back for this reason. We aren’t sure if all the units have this problem but this one did.

The staff was courteous and friendly and the room was clean. The only complaint I have is that the room had some kind of odor that I couldn’t place. I didn’t complain about it because I wasn’t positive that it wasn’t just my sense of smell might have been off for some reason and the person that was staying with me didn’t say anything about it

It is in a nice area with plenty of shopping, dining, coffee options. Our 2 bed, 2 bath room with a loft was perfect for a family of 4 with kids who are old enough to need privacy but too young for their own hotel room.
