“Hotel quality is too good for quality of employees.
As I know Hotel clerks are there to support customer, not to force customer into their rules.
Keeping their principle is good but the principle is should be in favor of visitor not their facility.

“Room was very comfortable and clean, great for families. Breakfast was adequate though getting clean plates and cutlery was more of a challenge than it should have been. Staff was not terribly customer service-orientated. Note that the property next door is under construction and drilling was incessant throughout the day.”
