It was very nice with a washer/dryer and kitchenette area. Check in and check out was very easy. I didn’t rent a car or need to use a parking spot but there was a good amount of stuff within walking distance. Would definitely stay again

My wife and I stayed two nights. Easy check-in with the staff person at 4:00 p.m. (good communication from the staff a few days before we arrived). Self parking on the street level. Basic room (no view), but it comes with a washer / dryer (with detergent!), which was wonderful after a few hours swimming at the beach and sightseeing. Miyako is quite hot and humid, so it was very nice to wash our clothes after being out. Three blocks to the downtown area, where one can find numerous restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops.

この度2泊で利用しました。全体的に清潔感があり、コンパクトにまとまった部屋でとても快適に過ごせました。キッチンや家電が整っていて自炊も楽しめます、暮らすように滞在できるのが魅力です。立地も便利で、レンタカー移動には最適でした。静かな環境でゆったりでき、また宮古島に来る際には利用したいと思います。

また利用したい

繁華街も近いし、スーパーも徒歩で直ぐだし、清潔だし、色々と揃ってて、不自由無く過ごせました。ただ、ジャンプーやコンディショナーとボディソープが薄い感じがしました。 それ以外は文句無し。 また、宮古島に行った際は利用したいと思います。

海水浴やマリンアクティビティをされる方にオススメです。 洗濯機、ガス乾燥機、冷蔵庫、キッチン、調理器具が揃って居ますし、歩いて行けるスーパーもあります。 今回はツインの部屋を使いました。 そこまで広くはないですが、折り畳みのテーブルと椅子もあるのでスーパーで買ったお惣菜や、晩酌時に活躍しました。 チェックアウトの時はスタッフが居ないので鍵をポストへはビックリしましたが、また利用させて頂きたいです。

夜に洗濯物を干そうとすると、シロアリの大群がおり、体にくっつき、部屋にも入ってくるので、大変でした。また、食事のテーブルがちょっとわかり辛く、使いにくかった。それ以外は問題なく、滞在できました

必要な備品はほぼ揃えられていたので快適な滞在でした。滞在期間は毎日シュノーケルに出かけたので、洗濯機＆乾燥機が備え付けられていたことが、何度でも洗濯ができて便利で、洗剤や物干しに関する備品がありがたかったです。（物干し用ハンガーが4本だったのでワイヤーハンガーを持参したのは正解でした。） 広さの関係で部屋にソファーがなかったので、次回は広い部屋を利用したいと思いました。 キッチンも必要なものはほぼ備えられていましたが、食器を拭くふきんがあれば完璧です。 自炊をされる方は、ラップや調味料等を用意することをお勧めします。

住みたくなるコンドミアムでした。 お値段以上の環境、設備、清潔な状態で大満足です。 特に洗濯機＆乾燥機があるのは助かります。 浴室も広く、湯船も大きくてゆっくりできました。 敢えてリクエストをするなら、私はコーヒードリッパーとフィルターもあれば有難いです。
