部屋の匂いが気になった。エアコンからもカビのような匂いが。 タオル、寝具もひどい匂い。 床の清掃がされていないような状態で砂が沢山ありました。 冷蔵庫の管理、清掃も行き届いておらず非常に残念でした。

値段の割にはいい所

場所的にはいい所。 トイレもシャワー室もキレイです。 ちょっと部屋が狭いので、子供連れにはキツイ。 部屋にIHが付いていれば良かった。 海に行く時バスタオル貸して貰えないのが残念。

スーパーが近く買い物便利。タオル交換なども快く対応して下さいました。駐車場は1日1,000円。ゴミもいつでも出せる。設備も新しかったです。ガスコンロはありませんが使わないので問題なしです。

便利なホテル

洗濯乾燥機、冷蔵冷凍庫、レンジ、ウォッシュレット付トイレがあるのが、とても便利。近くにイオンや百均もある。掃除は細かい所まで行き届いている…とは言えないが、値段の安さを考えれば目をつぶれる範囲内。 水回り付近から若干下水のような臭さを感じたが、大半を過ごすベッドルームまではにおってこなかったので、そこまで不快には感じなかった。

できればもう泊まりたくありません

ベッド周りの床がベタベタしていたり、 洗面所には前日の宿泊者が利用したであろう 歯ブラシが残っていたりと 清掃が行き届いていませんでした。 あとは壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の物音も気になりました。 駐車場代が別途で取られたりと、価格も思ったほど安くは済まなかったので不満が残りました。 外国の方でしたが、 フロントスタッフの接客は良かったと思います。

快適なStay!

普通の1Kマンションのような間取りで快適に過ごせました！ 冷蔵庫、れんじ、洗濯機も完備されていて言うことなし。 強いて言えば、スリッパのセンスが... 今は100円ショップでももう少しセンスがあるもの売ってますよ。 あと、エレベーターの中が腐った靴下の匂いがして不快だったので消臭した方が良いと思います。 総じて、一人旅であれば許容範囲で次回も泊まりたいです。

安いけどチョーいいね！

4回目の宮古島です。1度目は、東急でゴージャスなホテルステイでした。２と３回目はシギラで快適なものでした。 今回はコロナウイルスの関係もあり、安くて適当なとこで探しました。２泊で駐車場代金も入れて１３０００円くらいでした。その為期待してなかったのですが、築浅で部屋がとても綺麗でした。ただ、ベッドルームが狭かった。籐のいすとテーブルがあり通り辛い感じです。でも、ベッドサイズがセミダブルあり快適でした。あと、レンタカーの駐車場代金が１泊１０００円とられます。 歩いても行ける所にイオンのマックスバリュー、大戸屋、マクドナルド、ファミリーマートなどあり、とても便利です。３階でしたが、部屋から遠くに海が見え、一応オーシャンビューです。 また、来年も宮古島に行きます。また泊まりたいです。
