“There were no ready to get customers. All the facilities at outdoor cannot even touch. They said there are renovation right now, but doesn’t feel it’s renovationing, just left unattended.
The shower place was real jungle with wrotten shower head. And the beds were full of black dusts.
We have checked in but couldn’t find other place to take a shower and sleep.
And they said they are going to refund some of our stay fee but they don’t even answer my mails and chats.
Please do not get excited...

“Séjour en famille. Maman solo qui voyage avec deux enfants. L’hôtel est bien situé en bord de mer avec une piscine. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas toujours… comme les coupures d’électricité fréquentes. Vous êtes proche de tout. Le personnel est très agréable et pro.”

“We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. Its in a good location, and right on the beach making it easy to explore the local attractions, take boat trips and visit the nearby village. The staff were all really helpful, attentive and friendly.
The pool and grounds are well maintained and the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. The delicious food was fresh, locally sourced and plentiful - we sampled it all. We particularly enjoyed the floating breakfast on our last morning. Entertainment...

“Staff were exceptional. Food menus catered to varied needs; servers even remembered my lactose free requirements, and altered my menus accordingly. Grounds and beach were impeccable, pool was always crystal clear. Free entertainment most evenings, we had acrobats and a story teller one evening. Security made us feel taken care of. The spa offered a full menus of services. ”

“Emplacement de l’hôtel paradisiaque. Chambre spacieuse et propre mais avec une odeur assez désagréable. Des remontées également dans la salle de bain. Le personnel de nettoyage est efficace et sympathique. Cependant, le personnel de réception est désagréable et il faut tout leur demander. Le petit déjeuner est servi à des horaires variables. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant de presque une journée pendant notre séjour, ce qui peut arriver mais personne n’est venu nous avertir de la situation....
