My room was great. Good air conditioning and comfy bed. But their "continental breakfast" was definitely not to brag about. Half an hour after first being available, there was only juice and a piece of bread that the hotel had to offer. People eat better at homeless shelters. I decided to seek my meal elsewhere and I did after check-out. The staff guy was nice but he really shouldn't go to all the trouble of advertising a "breakfast" and then have nothing but table scraps at the available time.

Very close to Arches NP. One of the lowest prices in town and the condition reflects this. Be aware, there is no elevator, so be sure to request 1st floor if you cant use the stairs. Bed comfortable. Refrg and micro. Drains in sink and tub slow. Appears to be an old rundown hotel that a coat of paint has been put on. Staff needs attention to their attire. Definitely a 2 star hotel at best.

Hotel is old and tired. My compliments to the staff for doing the best they could with what they had. They were helpful and good to work with. But the owner? And the facility itself? Severely lacking. The room seemed to have been updated within the past 10 to 20 years. Everything else I would say has been longer than that. I'm confident that that "pool" hasn't been used in years. I'm also confident that it probably won't operate ever again. In my opinion, to say the place has a pool is an outright lie and a complete misrepresentation. Breakfast is standard hotel fare, though a fair amount of equipment was out of order: orange juice, apple juice, water... Come on!! There are plenty of other nuances to share, but I think you get my point. Will never stay here again. I would recommend that you pass as well.
