"We had a great room! We could see the ocean as well as the pool from our room which was handy because we had our 10 yr old with us."

I will say it was much better than we expected. Property is away from the noise of downtown Moalboal which suited us perfectly. We rented a scooter for the duration and were easily able to access all the the restaurants, bars and shopping. Thanks to the owners Nick, Raquel and your wonderful staff for a fantastic experience. "It is very conveniently located by dive shops, restaurants and ocean. Was very affordable room. Could use upgrades but price point it’s expected. Our shower did not have any pressure at all and not much hot water. The front staff are very friendly. The pool was clean. ATM on site. "

"No electricity when we arrived, the shower didn’t work, the WiFi was non-existent. We were at the mercy of the hosts for a car or tuk tuk ride everywhere. The “food” onsite was unedible. The hosts were only interested in upselling tours or rides. When I queried the rate we had paid with Hotels.com I was given the brush off but local places were one fifth of what we paid. We requested a refund but got nothing back. We left after one miserable night. We came for the snorkelling but the current was too strong onsite. Utterly disappointing. Do not go there. "
