For a room booked for two people, they set it up for one people only, like one toothbrush, one pillow etc. I called front desk to ask for one more pillow, they asked me to go to the front desk to grab a pillow. I told him it should be set for two, and I told him that I cannot go to the front desk. He asked me rudely why I cannot go, I told him the reason, and he just hang off the call. He was so rude, I never saw a hotel has such rude service."
