“My family use this hotel every winter due to indoor pool and sauna. And normally breakfast is good..Especially sauna facility is very nice. So this time we visited with our framilies and they were also satisfied with the hotel. Thanks. p.s. The spa, however, it was too cold inside and the water. Moreover we could not use spa tub of indoor pool and my favorite place's steam sauna. I hope that these issues are solved as soon as possible. ”

“The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. ”

“Hotel (location, facility, breakfast, and room) and staff deserve 10/10 the only down point is the annoying individuals by the hotel main entrance, make you unconfutable in a way that you should tip each of them every time you come in and go out.”

“We can't find any faults to write about. The hotel has all you need for a good stay in Alexandria. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean, amenities great and breakfast choice very good. If we are back to Alexandria we will stay there”

“Really clean and nice people”

“So good”
