“We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Montazah. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, the Sheraton felt like a breath of fresh air. The staff were professional and welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the Mediterranean. The hotel’s beach access and pool were perfect for our family — clean, well-maintained, and not too crowded. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of our schedule, and we always had fresh towels and bottled...

“My family use this hotel every winter due to indoor pool and sauna. And normally breakfast is good..Especially sauna facility is very nice. So this time we visited with our framilies and they were also satisfied with the hotel. Thanks. p.s. The spa, however, it was too cold inside and the water. Moreover we could not use spa tub of indoor pool and my favorite place's steam sauna. I hope that these issues are solved as soon as possible. ”

“지난 10월에도 묵었는데 직원들과 식당에서의 안락함은 세계 유수의 어느 호텔보다도 좋았습니다. 게다가 주변의 풍경과 이집트 사람들의 친절함....퐁요롭지 않지만 나름대로 평화를 추구하는 그들에게서 나도 위안을 받았습니다. 400년이상된 지중해의 아름다운 알렉산드리아는 파로스 등대가 있던 곳에는 비록 요새로 바뀌었고 과게 세계 최고의 도서관 자리에는 새로운 특이한 형태의 건설물이 서있기는 하지만, 로마극장 등 다양한 유적지, Stanley Bridge에서의 낙조는 인생의 허무함과 동시에 자연의 아름다움을 전해주는 더없는 멋진 곳이었습니다. 이번 4월에도 다시 방문할 예정인데 좋은 이집트 친구들이 있고 아름다운 알렉산드리아 슈타이겐베르거 세실 알렉산드리아 호텔에 다시 투숙할 생각을 하니 지금부터 마음이 설랩니다.”

“가격대비 훌륭한 시설과 친절하고 전문적인 서비스가 맘에든다. 지중해를 바라보는 해안에 위치해 경치도 좋고 교통도 편리한 편이다. 특히 부페식 아침식사가 넘 좋다~ 집사람과 이틀을 묵었는데 약간 추워서 멀티플러그와 간이 전기담요 있으면 짱이다~ ”

“This was a fabulous hotel wotj outstanding customer service and simpky the most comfortable bed i have ever had the luxury to enjoy.The only downside was the very limited outdoor space around the pool for sunbathing and the way ot is fedigned there's also limited sunshine if one loves to sunbathe.”
