Central and comfortable
VERY central hotel, clean and comfortable room with all the facilities you would expect. No breakfast, but a plethora of breakfasting possibilities all within striking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific location. Very cute. Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. The negatives: Very dark room with poor lighting. But the location, the aesthetics of the hotel and the staff make up for it!

Camera piccola ma ben arredata e accogliente. Materasso molto comodo. Doccia un po' piccola. Colazione ricca e gustosa. Personale molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile: consigliatissimo!

Nice hotel, a bit overpriced. Bit of a language barrier upon checking in. However, all parties included, got all the information required.

Wonderful people, great location, but tight space
Well, firstly, the staff are awesome. Was helped to check in a little early, given a cold bottle of water while I wandered about the town and offered to store my bag. The location is perfect - right int he center of the old city, could not be better. Speaking of the location - the attached restaurant is fabulous - highly recommend the Antica Trattoria Cervetta.. warning, the cotoletta is piu grande. The decor is very cute and campy - baskets and things with cute lighting about the hotel - very quaint. Now - the criticism. My room was very small, like even for old city Italy standards. Recent stay in Florence was also a small old hotel - and you can see my review…. I understand I’m not staying at the Four Seasons or a Fairmont property. But a single bed without a side table (there was a small plank between the bed and the wall with a phone on it and a globe lamp.. no place to put a phone charger or ipad. Wifi was good - but had a passcode which wasn’t given on check-in, so be sure to get that.. otherwise, wifi worked well. Shower, again, was small, but very clean. Air conditioner laboured to keep up with the heat (this was mid-May, so deep summer, at last in that room would likely be a troppo caldo). All in all, great people, clean, if very small - and no lifts, so if like me, you had a small day pack, non problema, but if you have a suitcase, it would be a lift to the second (N.A. 3rd) floor.

Nearby the old city and charming!!
The could not have been a more convenient location to the old city center--we were steps away. Given that, please note that it has it's drawbacks, namely parking (onsite but limited) and negotiating ancient streets is a huge challenge! There was not much room to unpack or a place to store clothes. However, the hotel is as charming as it gets!! Very clean and a very functional bathroom. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, helpful and informative!! Would stay there again!!

Excellent Service and Great Location
Excellent service, located just behind the main square. Room is clean but small which is fine for a solo traveller. Quiet location. Good value for money.

Great Location!
Fantastic location in the historical center. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Nice basic room albeit a bit small. Walls a little thin. All in all would recommend! PS for those who need a covid test to return to their home country or for a green pass, there was a pharmacy around the corner - rapid test with results in 10 minutes

Struttura molto confortevole e ben tenuta. Personale perlopiù disponibile alle indicazioni turistiche ed enogastronomiche. Posizione eccezionale per girare in tranquillità, compensa anche il disagio della mancanza di ascensore! Migliorerei le suppellettili del bagno, mancanza di porta asciugamani.

Location 10/10 and love this boutique property!
Amazing location 10/10 - steps away from the central market, piazza and cathedral. Great for us as we were there for only a night, so good to be so close to attractions. Clean boutique property and parking garage is just next door to the hotel. They gave good driving instructions, so kudos to that! As there’s no elevator, people with luggage should ask for low floors. Definitely highly recommended!

Good value in Modena
We really enhoyed Hotel Cervetta 5 in Modena. Location is very good, service is solid and we appreciated the hotel's parking. In addition, we found Hotel Cervetta 5 really good value for money.

Gutes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel
Sehr kleines Hotel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Aussicht Fenster in einen kleinen Innenhof, recht dunkel. Frühstück nicht im Hotel nötig, da Café in 50 m Entfernung vorhanden. Öffentlichen Parkplatz für Motorrad genutzt mit Registrierung durch Hotel für Stadtpolizei. Parkplatz des Hotels 6 EUR.

Liebevoll eingerichtet Hotel in zentraler Lage
Super nettes personal in einer super Gegend. Restaurants sind sehr nah. Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, lediglich die Zimmer könnten noch ein kleines Update benötigen.

Die Lage kann nicht zentraler sein! Das Hotel bietet ein geschlossene Parking an. Das Zimmer war gross und hatte alles, was man braucht. Das Hotel-Design ist sehr speziell "alt-retro-halbfertig-venachlässigt" aber das Auge irrt sich: Es ist alles neuwertig und von hoher Qualität. Die Mannschaft ist hilfsbereit. Achtung: kein Lift

J’ai réservé cet hôtel à défaut d’un autre que je préfère. Des travaux à proximité ont empêché un accès direct. La chambre n’avait rien d’exceptionnel mais très propre et l’hôtel respecte totalement les règleS de sécurité dues au Covid. Le prix élevé compte tenu de la catégorie -3 étoiles m’ont amené à être plus sévère pour cette appréciation.

Lovely small hotel in the center of Modena
Excellent small hotel in the very center of Modena. You step out of the hotel and magnificent UNESCO sites are just around the corner. very clean, pleasant and excellent breakfast.

L'aspetto senza dubbio migliore dell'albergo è l'ubicazione dello stesso, letteralmente a due passi dalla (bella) piazza centrale di Modena. Alla camera non si può attribuire un giudizio superiore a "sufficiente", mentre buona è la colazione.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking for the car was a rather small space (certainly not helped by Hertz who gave us a 9 seat bus that they insisted is the same as a 7 seat car) but the staff was really really helpful in getting the car in / out of the garage which was a life saver.
