"This was the worst property I've ever stayed in. The entrance was in a back alley, the host was rude, there were cats all over the hallways and the place smelled like urine, the hallways were dirty, etc. I checked in and immediately found a new place to stay. Do NOT book this room unless the alternative is the actually curb and even then, I'm not sure the curb isn't a better option. "

"We had the most magical and outstanding stay in the Legatia during a weekend that included Shabbat and Yom Kippur. The apartment and the whole place is just gorgeous, quiet, and simply perfect. "We stayed 3 nights. I found the incessant messaging about check in and deposit (over and over even when it was completed) cumbersome. However, once in the apartment it was lovely in a fantastic location with a great view. 2 bed 2 bath. Our only issue is the inability to make the ac cool the common areas and upstairs bedroom. Those got very warm at night and the remote would not lower the temp or increase the fan speed. "
