"The elevator is in a terrible state, and in fact stopped working at one point and we had to go outside to use steps. Front desk staff was unconcerned and dismissive. They SIGNIFICANTLY overcharge for amenities - $9 for a bottle of water. OUTRAGEOUS "

"The staff were nice, but the rooms were not ready at check-in time so there was a significant wait, there were a number of people in the lobby waiting. Some said they had been waiting in excess of an hour for a ready room. And, while I didn't really need it, the stove did not work in my room and I heard other guests share that their kitchen appliances did not work either."

"We come up for a half marathon race every spring and have stayed at this hotel the last two years (my friend the last 3). We’re pretty low maintenance and really just need a clean quiet place to sleep and shower. Last year this hotel was perfect for that. Unfortunately this year not so much. I don’t know if they’re in a transition with cleaning crew but it was pretty gross. The lobby floor was filthy and sticky and others checking in were quickly coming back to the desk because they were being sent to rooms that hadn’t been cleaned. Our room was made up but dirty. Dirty towels were left in the closet. There was trash and stains on the floor where previous guests had spilled something. The bedding also had stains on it. There was a dead bug on the ceiling and the vents in the bathroom were filthy. On top of that there were loud guests running around slamming doors and talking loudly past midnight. The staff was polite and nice but I will look for alternative options if we come back for the same race in future years. "

"the breakfast menu was sad 3 choices of cereal and i think i remember seeing fruit. Oh but you can get milk and coffee. The room was decent I wish there was some kinda rug in the room. The paint was peeling in different places of the room. Before we left we did see 2 roaches, They provided soap but no toothpaste in the room. Kids were sad tv wasn't a smart tv lol. the a/c I had to use the reset/test button a few times to get one to work. The doors of this hotel are thin and I mean thin we walked in the hall and heard someone getting bust down. But it was an ok stay for the weekend"
