My husband and I had a good stay. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The only 2 cons I had was the room could have been cleaner and the shower water pressure doesn’t get hot. If you don’t care for hot showers, then you’ll be fine. Overall, the bed was comfortable, checking in and out was smooth, parking was free, loved the convenience of restaurants and shopping center. We would stay again.

The room was clean, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. However, $17.00 for breakfast was kind of expensive, although there were so many other food places close by.

It says that there’s a shuttle there is no! It says that there is a buffet breakfast. There is no buffet breakfast.!!!! I asked for some better pillows. All I got was more really crappy heavy flat pillows. The room was ridiculously small and I had to ask for extra toilet paper. Now the staff was very nice. I have no complaints about the staff, but the pictures and the actual quality of that hotel is very misleading and is what I consider false advertising.

The room is very clean and new feeling I didn't realize you could only walk to one restaurant here, which is Applebees. The room was very nice , the lobby and the downstairs restaurant could use some help from a designer. The furniture is cheap looking.

Downstairs lobby and bar area were nice. The staff was also very kind. Lobby area Nothing special but certainly not a problem. I was not happy with my stay overall though. I moved to a different hotel the second night and paid extra money not to stay at this hotel. My room smelt like mold/sewage the entire time and the doors/room were in really poor condition for the price I paid. Shower water smelled like sewage as well.
