The room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was average but the issue is your choice is either one cup of coffee or one orange juice. That will not stop me from coming back but it is strange. Price was good and worth it.

This was my first stay at this location and when I tell you how amazing this place is. I was greeted by such a nice man (Bryan) upon my arrival, he was just so courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, I didnt get the other 2 staff members name, but they both were equally nice. Now, this was the cherry on top for me and that was the Breakfast Bowl prepared by the kitchen staff. Again, I didnt get the lovely lady's name that assisted me Monday morning, but between the delicious breakfast bowl and her courteous service I didnt want to ever leave this place.

Great rooms and very clean with easy access to VCU. The mini store is way over priced. Over 8 dollars for one adult beer beverage when there's a multitude of convenience stores nearby where you could buy 6 for that. Im sure they are all out of date because no one would pay that.

Jerome and Bryan were excellent at the front desk. Bryan checked us in so quickly and had a wonderful disposition. When we needed to extend our stay for an extra night, Jerome made it so easy and he was so pleasant to deal with. The service at the Bistro was also excellent!
