"I stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Changwon for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved my experience. The hotel and rooms were clean, ambience was calm and the staff were professional. Don’t expect them all to speak English and there is no free breakfast on the day of your check out. Breakfast was buffet and gourmet, and I loved the bathroom amenities and toiletries— that bidet (finger taps). Enjoyed the wedding which was also held at the hotel. All in all a solid 8.5/10."

"The carpet in our room needed to be replaced and the bathroom shower needed updating. The room was cleaned everyday and we appreciated that. Front desk staff were helpful. I wish the coffee shop opened earlier and that they had pastries or something quick for breakfast."

"Overall very satisfied. Right behind the hotel, there is a walking trail by the ocean. It was quiet, safe to walk at night with locals exercising. Many areas to rest and exercise. Another great additional was the cafe within the hotel. Coffee was great!"
