"We had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Myeongdong and within easy walking distance of attractions such as Myeongdong Cathedral, Deoksugung Palace, and Cheonggyecheon. The hotel’s proximity to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing made exploring Seoul incredibly convenient. A special thank you to the concierge team, who helped arrange a facial and head spa experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the variety of excellent dining options within the hotel and found ourselves eating there frequently for both convenience and quality. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were professional, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome from start to finish. While the hotel is centrally located, neighborhoods such as Gangnam and Itaewon are also just a short taxi ride away. Overall, an excellent hotel in a prime location. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Seoul. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We booked this hotel for its convenience to many popular tourist sights in Seoul. Unlike our previous hotel south of the Han River we rarely needed to use public transportation. All the palaces, Myeongdong, Insadong, Gwangju Market, Dongdaemun and more can all be reached by walking. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I usually book an American branded hotel due to having a rewards program with all of them but we'll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in Seoul."

"The 3 beds were stuck together therefore hard to get out from the middle bed. Room was stuffy and the temperature control was confusing to use. For 3 people the room leaves no space to walk or navigate around the room and not enough space to put 3 luggages and 3 carry ons. Toilet paper was placed on top of the garbage. Liked the rain shower and the lotions plus water bottles in fridge."

"The room was immaculate. The beds were so comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. Location was excellent too. You step out the front door and the subway station was right there.
