The location was very convenient and easy to find. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. I also really appreciate all the extra things that are available at this property that made everything easier, to name a few: the lounge is amazing for when you arrive on an early AM flight and need a space to regroup before exploring, the amble luggage holding space that is made available to travellers, and they even have Dysons hair systems for rent if you find that your hair isn’t cooperating. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for the ideal property in central Seoul.

The rooms were always cleaned perfectly and waters restocked each day, AC was easy to use and staff were friendly. Only issue is the 3 lifts for so many floors, makes it take a while to go up or down during peak hours.

They ask you to pay to check in early when you arrive - which quite frankly is diabolically bad service. Especially give that the room is ready and available. Rooms are clean but on the basic side, AC was strong enough and staff were nice. The location is fantastic but because it is, it got very loud at night and there was construction around this time. If it wasn’t for the construction and noise I would probably give a 4. The missing star would be the size of the room and pillows were very flat.
