"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "Both Aldriana and Taisiia at the front desk were very helpful and professional. Everyone else acted as if we were an interuption. Not good. The daily breakfast was good and the breakfast room staff was good, until our last morning (Sunday), the woman we delt with suddenly turned sour and argumentative.over a cup of coffee, unbelievable. The biggest debacle was laundry. No one tells you about the procedure at checked in, just that it’s free on the 8th floor. Beware: you need a special card, that of course they are out of. Worst experience ever, Although aMargot was helpful, I wasted hours and was truly frustrated, to make matters worse I requested to speak to the Manager, no response, no follow up, I figure this culture of bad service starts at the top: either the Manager couldn’t be bothered or was never informed, not good. Also every morning the water jug was empty, the trash overflowing and smelly. I won’t return."
