“A bit late but we had a great stay. Highlight was Kumara the yoga teacher who adjusted the level as i was the only one that turned up. Guys around the resturant pool were good. And the office lady who helped me off site when she was walking hone and i had an issue.”

“A family business run by Himmel. The property sits right next to Bentota Lagoon. There is a daily shuttle to and from the beach. The accommodation is in a block of two floors. The rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of storage space and a large furnished patio or balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. The rooms are kept very clean by very friendly staff. “We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. It was an oasis of calm and tranquility with the gorgeous pool and beautiful garden. The staff couldn’t do enough and the food was wonderful. They arranged our tuk tuks and transfer to our next destination. Top marks.”

“My low rating is aimed mostly at the owner and Hotels.com. I arrived to find that despite having a confirmation the hotel was not expecting me. I had paid upfront so did not agree to rebooking at the time. Instead I called Hotels.com. Extremely negative experience. Asks for confirmation number then says can’t find it and hangs up!! I have other reservations so put those numbers in to try but nothing was recognised. I left the property (which had no other occupants) and logged my complaint...
