"This place is a great value if you know what you’re getting into. The rooms are bare-bones basic for now, hence the price. The restaurant just brought on a new chef, it was PACKED lunch & dinner both weekend days of our stay. There is a full kitchenette in your room, parking is provided, the bubbling Tech river is outside your window. There’s a pétanque terrain, it’s next to Amelie’s sports complex/swimming pool. A bargain if you understand where you are and what to expect for the price."

"Spacious and cool apartment in a small complex. The kitchen is small but has two cooker rings, a fridge, kettle and microwave. There is an oven in the shared section together with a washing machine, dryer and big freezer. The on-site restaurant is good, set meals only and only open for dinner at the weekend when we were there. Breakfast available every day if pre-booked. A nice pool that was popular with families. A 10 min drive into Banyoles for main shops. Overall, a good value place for a few days stay, or longer."

"The hotel, room and location are beautiful. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and the interior design reflects the surrounding area and vibe quite well without being gimmicky. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and give us a little tour. We did get the impression that it's not currently being run as a "full time" operation because we were the only guests and never saw any other staff apart for the nice lady serving us breakfast. Speaking of which - the owner asked what time we wanted breakfast when he checked us in and we gave a time. But was very nice, particularly for local standards. Although we were a little surprised by the cost - it ended up being about £85 for 4 breakfasts (2 people x 2 days) and we ha"

"A nice, good value hotel in a great location for walking, medieval towns and the Yellow Train. The staff were friendly and helpful. "What I would call a nice old-fashioned hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful but spoke very little English. Google Translate was a massive help. The room was clean large comfortable with doors to balcony which overlooked the car park car parking was free of charge. Hotel has a bar where drinks were available but no restaurant breakfast was continental with an excellent choice even had English breakfast tea although we were only there for one night while my partner was crossing the Pyrenees on his bicycle thoroughly recommend."
