My group of four had an amazing 9-day stay at Jumeirah. The property is clean and lovely. The staff - the staff - the staff - Jumeirah did an awesome job vetting their staff. We met so many amazing people - Linah, Prisca, Bilal, Mercy, Benedict, Elizabeth, Ann, Alicia, Najim, the staff in the reception area! Just to name a few. We had 2 separate rooms and they made arrangements for us to all have one whole apartment. If you are vacationing in Nyali or the surrounding areas, Jumeirah is definitely the best place to be. Please note, this is a hot spot for parties in the evenings, especially Thursdays-Sundays. If your room is close to the party area and a bit noisy for you, the team is very understanding and will relocate you. I’ll definitely be returning with my kids in the near future. Miss the place already.

Amazing view of the ocean and beach from the room. Staff was very healthful even when the AC unit had to be replaced, which was somewhat of an inconvenience. However, the atmosphere, beach views and access, the amazing food, and the helpful staff made up for any issues. I wish that they had a system to charge amenities and food to the room to pay all at the end of the stay, but overall loved my stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Jumeirah. The property is gorgeous with a marvelous pool and lounge area, delicious food, kind and courteous staff, and superbly maintained property. My room was right on the beach offering an amazing view and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. You will not regret staying here!

Fantastic place, fantastic service, highly recomme

We stayed in one of the beachfront rooms and it was extraordinarily fantastic. The price was absolutely fair for what we got, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the staff was wonderful from the first moment that we walked in and we were greeted by Atik. We can’t say enough good things about it and will definitely stay here again the next time that we are in Mombasa.

Meget rent lejlighed. Meget høj musik fra underbo som varede hele natten alligevel telefonisk og fremmøde i receptionen hjalp intet. Der lugtede af røg som også kom ind i lejligheden. Hvis man gerne vil have ro så er dette ikke stedet. Man kan leje ghettoblaster som folk gjorde så i pool området var der højt musik fra højre og venstre. Ikke lige et sted vi kommer igen.
