Be aware, no air conditioning working!

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff that tried to help, but unfortunately we had a rather unpleasant stay because the air conditioning is not working. We had more than 30 degrees in the night which made it impossible to sleep for the whole family for three nights. They moved us to another room which didn’t work either, the same happened to other guests, and it was a known issue for the staff. Again: the staff was very friendly, did everything they could, but apparently the owner isn’t willing to invest in the air conditioning they promise when we booked. Another tip: check if the wonderful restaurant is open on the days you stay. Apparently it’s closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and it’s not walking distance to the nearest restaurant.

Endroit magnifique au milieu des vignes et proche de Barolo - le charme des vielles pierres apporte une ambiance particulière à ce joyau - hôtel propre - petit déjeuner parfait - seul bémol le restaurant était fermé quand nous sommes venus nous n’avons pas pu tester - en revanche nous avons testé la piscine et le spa qui sont très bien - nous recommandons pour une pause à 2

Un buon soggiorno

Camera particolarmente accogliente, spa buona (ma la sauna non funziona), personale gentilissimo ma non sempre presentissimo (probabilmente sottonumero a causa della bassa stagione).

La location è spettacolare, in cima alla collina ci sono solo una chiesa e l'Antico Borgo, probabile recupero della vecchia struttura del monastero di fine 1700. Purtroppo un poco di cura in più non guasterebbe perché alcuni particolari mostrano il segno dei tempi. Il personale è formato da PROFESSIONISTI giovani ed entusiasti, hanno avuto mille cure per noi, per farci godere al meglio la vacanza. Gli spazi della zona relax sono davvero risicati, dpecie in autunno quando non si può godere della piscina esterna. Ottimi, davvero i cibi del ristorante!

Un posto molto ben tenuto con annessa SPA, l’unico lato negativo della SPA e il continuo rumore del quadro elettrico che rovina molto l’atmosfera rilassante. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile

L'Antico Borgo è un luogo magnifico, da sogno, uno dei più bei posti in cui sia mai stato. La piscina e il giardino adiacente sono circondati da una vista sui colli delle Langhe clamorosa, la spa (attrezzatissima) ha anche un'enorme vasca per l'idromassaggio realizzata in una sorta di cripta di fine '800. La mia stanza era enorme, arredata con mobili antichi e curata in ogni dettaglio (la tv ha anche Sky), bellissimo anche il bagno. Per non parlare del ristorante, con vista mozzafiato sulle colline e un menù del territorio impeccabile. Aggiungiamoci un'atmosfera del tutto rilassata e personale gentilissimo e super-professionale e il gioco è fatto. Ci tornerò con certezza assoluta!
