“This hotel has been recently renovated and it feels like a completely different place. It is nothing like the old version. The hotel now is very clean, fairly quiet with comfortable rooms/beds, great showers, good WiFi, wonderful staff and is set at a very fair price. I know the city of Iquitos well and this is one of the best places you can stay, particularly if you’re just staying for a few nights. It’s in a very central location near everything you would want to be close to. Very safe also....

“The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. ”

“This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. I can get demanding at times with them, but they always pull through. I talk to them on whats app and arrange my stay and they always accomidate me. “The staff who was a girl said I need to pay in the front. But actually I already paid by my credit card. I didn't check well about this cuz I don't use internet well. Anyway Expedia said I need to wait to refund. Anything else was good at all. 익스피디아로 결제했지만 현장에서 결제가 안됐다며, 추가로 결제한 셈이 되어 버렸습니다. 이상한 건 체크아웃 당시 현금으로도 결제하고, 그 이후에 카드로도 결제가 되었습니다. 한국인분들 이용하신다면 이 점 유의하세요.”
